Warehouse Associate

Location: Boise, ID 83704

Position Type: Full-Time | MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

Pay rate: $22 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will accurately and safely receive, pull, and pack orders in a fast-paced distribution environment to ensure top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull, fill, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.

• Loading & Receiving: Assist in loading delivery trucks, receive incoming shipments, log items into inventory, and participate in inventory audits.

• Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a forklift, complete daily vehicle safety checks, and maintain required certifications.

• Facility Maintenance: Help keep the facility clean, organized, safe, and operating smoothly.

• Teamwork & Communication: Coordinate effectively with supervisors, sales staff, coworkers, and customers to streamline deliveries and pickups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Prior forklift experience required.

• Ability to lift, maneuver, and handle heavy objects weighing up to 100 lbs with assistance

• Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.

• Prior experience in warehousing, general labor, or distribution.
