St. Luke¡¦s Education department is seeking an
Organizational/Leadership Development Instructor for our Magic
Valley (Twin Falls) location. This role is responsible for
assessing educational needs and designing, implementing and training
Organizational Development (OD) programs (leadership development,
training, succession planning, career development, selection process
assessment, performance management etc.) that effectively meet the
needs of the organization and complement the strategic vision of the
Human Resources division. The Instructor serves as an integral
member for educational operations; also plans and coordinates
programs and recommends budget targets to ensure that educational
resources are available across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
„Ï Master's degree in Adult Learning/ Organizational
Development or related degree preferred, or;
„Ï Bachelor's degree with five years of experience in direct
design and delivery of leadership and organizational development
programs.
„Ï Excellent oral and written communication skills.
„Ï Ability to draft policies and guidelines.
