operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your main responsibilities would be to help members with
transactions, answer questions and educate members about our
products and services. Most importantly, you will be part of a great
team that has a lot of fun at work. You will ensure satisfaction to
every member you encounter through courteous, accurate and efficient
service. You will also use a needs-based selling technique to cross
sell appropriate products and services to our members.
FLSA Status
Non-Exempt
Education
High School Graduate or GED
Minimum Qualifications
Accuracy in all areas. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to determine member needs and promote Credit Union services.
Ability to work under pressure. Ability to maintain the
