WDSGlobal is to provide wireless carriers, device manufacturers and 
application vendors alike with a process enabling continuous 
improvement in the pre-launch, launch and support. We are currently 
hiring Tech Support Representatives for our growing call center.

from problem management to problem prevention

WDSGlobal is currently looking for Wireless Technical Support Agents

Duties & Responsibilities: 
•  Help to maintain superior customer service levels by delivering 
high quality first call resolution  
•  Efficiently resolve inbound customer issues via telephone 
•  Ensuring that WDSGlobal fulfils our customers' requirements to 
their satisfaction 
•  Providing solutions to support customers efficiently by 
troubleshooting wireless data problems in accordance with defined 
targets and procedures 
•  Accurately logging query information into client systems 
•  Ongoing research & investigation on wireless data technologies, 
services and devices 
•  Maintaining a high standard in personal Key Performance Indicator 
(KPI) targets as defined 
•  Foster a strong team environment by actively participating and 
contributing ideas in team meetings 
•  Sharing knowledge gained with team to improve interactions with 
customers/clients 
•  Encourage new employees; mentor new agents and provide valuable 
knowledge in support of team performance 
•  Actively support WDSGlobal Values 
•  Other duties as required 

Qualifications:

Required:
•  Availability to work steady shifts that fall within the 
parameters of 7 days/week from 6am to 12 midnight
•  Must pass drug test and 7-year state & federal criminal 
background check
•  Strong aptitude and knowledge of PC hardware and software, with 
experience in multiple operating systems
•  Analytical thinker; attention to detail; problem solving and 
troubleshooting skills. 
•  Six months experience in providing customer service either via 
phone or in person
•  Must have High School Diploma or GED
•  Must be 18 to apply

Preferred:

•  GSM, and/or Wireless LAN support experience-preferred
•  Technical certifications (Microsoft, A+, Network+)-preferred 
•  6 months experience focused on wireless data technical problem 
   solving and customer service-strongly preferred
•  Advanced understanding of internet connectivity (i.e. TCP/IP 
networking terminology, web [HTTP] and email 
[POP3/IMAP/Exchange/SMTP] protocols)-strongly preferred
