We are currently hiring Prepaid Wireless Customer Service Agents for
our growing call center.

WDSGlobal is currently looking for Prepaid Wireless Customer Service
Agents who want to utilize and further develop their customer service
skills as well as develop/improve their wireless product knowledge.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Help to maintain superior customer service levels by delivering
high
quality first call resolution
• Efficiently resolve inbound and outbound customer issues via
telephone
• Ensuring that WDSGlobal fulfils our customers' requirements to
their
satisfaction
• Servicing Prepaid cell phone customers by providing account
activation, call plan options, ringtone management and many more!
• Accurately logging query information into client systems
• Maintaining a high standard in personal Key Performance Indicator
(KPI) targets as defined
• Foster a strong team environment by actively participating and
contributing ideas in team meetings
• Sharing knowledge gained with team to improve interactions with
customers/clients
• Encourage new employees; mentor new agents and provide valuable
knowledge in support of team performance
• Actively support WDSGlobal Values
• Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Required:
• Availability to work steady shifts that fall within the parameters
of 24/7
• Six months experience in providing customer service either via
phone
or in person
• Analytical thinker; attention to detail; problem solving skills;
multitasking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must pass drug test and 7-year state & federal criminal background
check
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 to apply
Preferred:
• Previous call center experience
• Wireless experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Highly desirable
