Dickinson Frozen Foods (DFF) is seeking qualified candidates to fill
the position of Production Supervisor at our production plant in
Fruitland, Idaho. DFF is the nation’s leading manufacturer and
marketer of IQF processed onions and roasted potatoes and is a
leader in other food products. The company distributes its
products through industrial, food service, retail, and export market
channels where it has established a reputation for exceptionally
high quality products and exemplary customer service.
DFF is looking for a driven, forward thinking leader for our onion
and pepper production facility. The Production Supervisor will be
responsible for all aspects of the 70+ employee shift including:
• Direct all aspects of production, sanitation, and
warehousing to ensure safety, quality, cost, and throughput
standards are exceeded
• Work closely with maintenance to ensure up-time standards
are met and equipment is efficient
• Motivates and directs team to execute operational goals and
standards
• Interact with Customer Service, Quality, and R&D to ensure
customer expectations are accomplished
• Develop and coach team to promotable levels of skill
The successful candidate will have:
• 2+ years experience in management
• Experience in a food processing facility is highly preferred
• Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Business, or a related
discipline is highly preferred
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing is preferred
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
The salary range for this position depends on education and
experience of the candidate and includes bonus potential and a
competitive benefits package.
